Programme, Schedule & EVM
The Programme forms the core of any construction project's planning and is a vital part of the contract deliverables.
ECL's planners apply this concept to both contractual and operational programmes produced & updated in P6 and MSP.
Programmes can be developed to fit with the client's technical and procedural requirements and will be progressed and analysed to produce usable information on cost and schedule performance.
Compliance
Our NEBOSH Certified compliance Engineers will review existing procedures to assist in identifying compliance issues. Or where required, develop new documents that help to ensure construction operations are carried out in accordance with HSAWA & associated regulations. and relevant BS / EN / ISO standards
